OCTOBER NEWS

​Youth Group News!!!
 
September had a lot to offer for our youth.  On Sunday, September 8th, we opened our youth meeting up to the jr. youth to go watch Aladdin.  They loved hanging out with our senior youth.  On Sunday, September 22nd, we headed down to John Sevier and Founders Park to ask people for prayer requests and to open up a dialogue that may lead to a discussion about God’s love for them.  Our youth really showed Christ’s love through this simple act of discipleship and prayer.  On Sunday, September 29th, our youth assumed the responsibility of being ushers ad readers during the worship services.  Later that night, we attended Adoration in the minidome with over 1,000 other churches.  It was an amazing time of worship with so many other people.  We will only have youth group two out of the four Sunday this month due to fall break falling in the month of November in the local school systems.  We will meet on Sunday, October 13th, Sunday, October 20th, and on Sunday, October 26th.  October 13th will be a regular youth meeting at Bethlehem from 6:30-8:30.  We will have our annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 26 from 12-2pm.  Our youth will be responsible for setup and breakdown of the event.  We hope that everyone can make it out.  Also, we are still accepting rummage sale donations for our rummage sale that will take place in November.  Please feel free to contact us whenever you’re ready for us to come and pick up any unwanted items.  Thanks again for your continued thoughts and prayers.
